By accessing or using the Sayurj application, website, or any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service along with all applicable laws and regulations. You agree to use Sayurj only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable local and international laws. Any unauthorized or harmful use of the platform may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
Sayurj is a digital platform that connects riders with independent drivers. SYRJ Technologies (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. does not provide transportation services directly and is not responsible for the actions of any driver or rider. Drivers act as independent contractors and not as employees or agents of SYRJ Technologies (SMC-Pvt) Ltd.
Drivers are strictly prohibited from contacting riders outside the scope of an active or recently completed ride arranged through the Sayurj Platform. Any attempt to use rider contact information obtained through the Sayurj Driver App for personal, commercial, or non-service-related purposes, including direct communication, solicitation, or harassment, is a serious breach of these Terms.
Sayurj reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate the driver’s account and pursue legal action, including civil or criminal proceedings, for any unauthorized contact or misuse of rider information.
Users must not use the Sayurj Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity. The following actions are strictly prohibited:
Sayurj reserves the right to block, suspend, or terminate any account found in violation of these Terms.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords. You must notify Sayurj immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach. Sayurj will not be liable for any losses resulting from failure to protect account information.
All payments made through the Sayurj Platform, including ride fares and service fees, are final and non-refundable unless required by law. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed. Any fraudulent or unauthorized payment activity will result in permanent account suspension and possible legal action.
Sayurj may offer promotional credits, free balance, or coupons from time to time. These offers may change or end without prior notice. If Sayurj finds misuse or fraud, the promotional balance may be revoked, and the account may be suspended or terminated.
Sayurj aims to provide a reliable and uninterrupted experience but does not guarantee continuous access or error-free operation. The service is provided on an “as-is” basis without warranties of any kind. SYRJ Technologies (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.
All trademarks, logos, and content on the Sayurj Platform are the property of SYRJ Technologies (SMC-Pvt) Ltd. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any material without prior written consent.
Sayurj reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent, harmful, or inappropriate activity. Termination may occur without prior notice.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Islamabad, Pakistan.
Sayurj may update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Sayurj Platform and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
